I notice I'm less hungry, ever since taking this, I also enjoy the flavor it adds to the water. It tastes healthy and herbal. I have taken it on an empty stomach and a full stomach and either way not noticed any side effects, there also is no lingering taste in your mouth which is great if you don't like the flavor. If you wonder if you should get it or not, you should at least try it. It promotes gut health and if you are someone like me that struggles with bloating, gas and stomach cramps, I highly recommend this.

I took this as a precaution after realizing many people have parasites and may not know it. I took 30 drops 3x per day for 10 days and loved the results.
