Lots of great health results in my journey!
These are pretty amazing. I haven’t gotten sick during my pregnancy and pp. Bought them when I was 6weeks and began to take them at 7 weeks. At first I took one pill a day for 1st tri, eventually to 2 mid of 2nd tri.They do taste fishy, but I throw it back or chase w/ a sugar free drink.I was nauseous anyways til 3rd tri, but eating with meals helped.I worked at my job all the way until 38.5 weeks, I did take these prenatals twice a day, am and pm, with more magnesium, calcium, and vitamin d in another supplement that I needed.Only had 2 pills that weren’t safe to take but everything else was fine.My hair was thinning couple of years before pregnancy and I feel it helped slightly, but also used a rosemary shampoo bar.I feel like this helped with my gd test for the 3 tests for having chromium but idk if that’s just genes.Discovered this brand on Reddit and checked it in labdoor for quality. Now in my breastfeeding journey, I feel I do have low energy without it at 2.5weeks in.Will continue to buy for my future pregnancies and pp journeys!

Fantastic!!
These are the BEST Prenatals! They genuinely make me feel energized and rejuvenated. I have been taking them daily prior to getting pregnant while trying, and I truly noticed a huge difference in my health even then. I have continued taking them through pregnancy and feel the same way. These are quite large, but that is not a problem for me. You would take 2 per day, one in the morning and one in the evening. That is probably my biggest complaint because I have a hard time remembering that evening dose. They smell very fishy - and when you burp, you may have a fishy taste, as well, if you have not eaten much. This is something I got used to very quickly and just learned to eat when I take them.
