Can I take this alongside the EZ Melts Multivitamin?
Yes, though it is worth noting that the EZ Melts Multivitamin already contains B vitamins including methylfolate and methylcobalamin. If you are already taking the multivitamin, adding the B-complex will increase your B vitamin intake above the daily recommended amounts. For most water-soluble B vitamins this is not a concern as excess is excreted, but consult your healthcare provider if you have any specific conditions or concerns.
