Accessibility
Museo Co is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the experience for all visitors and to meet recognized accessibility standards.
1) Our Commitment
We believe everyone should be able to shop our products with ease. We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive online experience and to removing barriers that prevent equal access to our Site and services.
2) Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. You can review the guidelines at https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/quickref/.
3) Measures We Take
To help ensure an accessible experience, we:
- Use semantic HTML and a clear, logical heading structure
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and non-text content
- Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
- Support keyboard navigation throughout the Site
- Design responsive layouts that adapt to different devices, screen sizes, and zoom levels
- Review customer feedback and test the Site to identify and fix accessibility issues
4) Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Certain third-party tools, payment providers, or embedded content may fall outside of our direct control.
We are continuously working to identify and address accessibility gaps. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can help and improve.
5) Feedback & Help
If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of our Site, or if you have suggestions on how we can improve accessibility, we would like to hear from you.
Email us at support@museoco.com and we will do our best to respond promptly and to provide the information, item, or assistance you need through an alternative communication method if required.
6) Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review our Site regularly, consider customer feedback, and make improvements as new issues are identified and standards evolve.
